The Directors

Jan - Founder of the business in 1988. Jan has a wealth of experience gained over more than 25 years in the sector.

Aileen - Joined Jan in 2003 after a career in Corporate Banking. Aileen has also been personally involved in residential property management and development for many years.

Both directors have an excellent knowledge of the local area. They are enthusiastic and committed to offering you a high level of personal service and advice, tailored to your individual requirements

The Services We Offer

The company manages a portfolio of residential properties based within approximately a 5 mile radius of New Ash Green. Whilst the majority of these properties are managed on behalf of the owners, there is increasing demand for a 'Find Only' service from experienced landlords willing to assume full ongoing responsibility for the needs of their tenants.

Vacant properties are usually available although, not unexpectedly, turnover is fast with quality property.
